“ Ran across this little gem of a place and decided to try it out. You walk inside and up to the Airstream trailer to place your order. Only 1 person in front of us and they took our order and gave us one of those pagers for when the food was ready. You pay right there at the counter once you get your order done. However, they do not serve any kind of drinks. You have to walk over to the bar and order whatever you plan on drinking there. It's a seat yourself kind of place, indoor or outdoor seating is available. I tried the mighty bacon cheese burger with avocado. It had peppered bacon on it and was delicious. Very healthy size patty, cooked fresh to order. The meat had a good flavor. It came with shoe string style fries, and they had just the right amount of salt. Cool place with a cool atmosphere. 2 thumbs up, so if your in the area, stop and and give them a whirl. ”
“ The burgers here are the best we have had here in Colorado! They were cooked to a perfect medium rare. The flavor was out of this world good! Josh was VERY attentive and proud of the product he cooked. The fries were great! We also had the fried beer cheese. All I can say is WOW!. Being tied in with the Denver Beer Company is just an added benefit. If you haven't had their Graham Cracker Porter you have missed out. The service was great, the food was great, and the beer was great! The only down side is the parking. ”

Truffle fries are amazing, I got the Mushroom Mighty but took off the mushrooms (lol) and added bacon & an egg. I cannot stress everyone looking for a good burger needs to go here. My partner got the Three Chili Mighty and oh my god I never imagined I'd love a burger like that, but it complimented my own burger so well I almost cried guys. Great atmosphere too. Amazing buns. I'm no scientist but I swear it must start at the quality ingredients they use in all their foods. I felt great after eating it too, which is kind of nuts. Highly highly highly recommend. ”
